Adding WiFi control to RVR

Hello all,

I managed to add a nodeMCU (ESP-12E) board, along with some organs like digital compasses and ultrasonic range finders to the RVR. I am communicating through UART, and I was able to control it with my python TCP server.

The firmware compiles using the Arduino standard libraries: https://github.com/dileepvr/daimyo_rover_control/tree/master/rovers/spheroRVR/firmware
