Hi, ive joined the forum in order to praise the excellent afterservice i received from Sphero support. After having my BB8 for nearly a year, he suddenly stopped rolling around… i reached out to the support team at Sphero and after trying all the usual troubleshooting steps it became apparent he had rolled his last roll:(… big thanks to Jennifer who dealt with this issue and arranged a replacement for which im extremely grateful… it was posted from USA and i received in Scotland the next day!! Couldnt beleive it! In addition , when i opened the box i was surprised to see it was the upgraded bb8 with wristband also!. Cant thank you enough Jennifer/sphero.
