Evade and follow using IR

It’s a nice simple demonstration of the IR communication feature but the evading Bolt moves more slowly than the following one so very quickly the game is over (Cat and mouse). Is there anyway to make the speeds more equal ? I don’t think setting the speed prior to the evade instruction makes any difference.

Thank you for your question. At this time, there are no way to control the speed of the follow and the evade blocks.
However, you could modify your game a little bit to make it more interesting:

The mouse will broadcast on 0 and 1
The cat will broadcast on 2 and 3 and follow on 0 and 1

The mouse will have a event block OnReceiveMessage, listening for channel 2.
Upon receiving this message, pick a random direction, and a high speed, and drive for 2 seconds.

In most cases, you might be able to dodge the mouse!

Thanks. Presume you mean dodge the cat and listen on channel 2. That’s what I tried anyway and it does give more realistic behaviour.
