My robot won't connect. Help!

Hey Everyone,

I just got a brand new Bolt, but I can’t get it to connect to my phone or tablet. Should I try on my computer, or is there just something I’m missing?

Any help would be appreciated!

I had some trouble getting mine to connect initially too. You’re not alone! My issue was that I didn’t have location services on. The other steps I found were to make sure the robot’s fully charged, and to be sure you didn’t accidentally pair it to another device.

The first Sphero I ever had was many years ago and the problem I had was I had an outdated device and I had to get a new one. but I would delete the app and reinstall it. also put the sphero on the charging base and click the side button which will reset it and it should glow up and try to connect it in the app again.
