Sphero Bolt Does Not Connect

I have three Sphero Bolts. Tried two of them. They do not connect. They are paired in Bluetooth. They are charged, the base is steady blue. When I go to Sphero.edu, I click on the button for the Sphero. The software answers with the Sphero name. When I click on it, it answers “cannot connect.” If it reads the name, why does it not connect? I am charging the third one now.
