Sphero EDU app Aim button not responding

For some reason, the Aim button in the Sphero edu app has stopped responding. We can access the drive screen, and drive the sphero around, but tapping the Aim button doesn’t bring up the aim controls any longer.

If we go to a program screen and tap the Aim button there, the regular drive controls appear, and the aim button still doesn’t work.

We’ve restarted the app and the sphero. Any suggestions?

Hi @SpaceDad,

The first thing to do is make sure your Sphero EDU app is updated to the latest version. If it is already, or that doesn’t fix it, then contact our Customer Support team. See this page for details. They’ll want to know the OS and app versions in order to identify the issue.
